PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure necessary and sufficient information on positional shift with a simple constitution with a small memory capacity. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a directional shiftdetecting means for detecting a shift point in a travelling direction, a position-specifying means 10 for receiving positional information from a plurality of artificial satellites and specifying an absolute position, a position memory means 11 for storing the positional information, a control means 12 for storing positional information calculated by the specifying means 10 into the memory means 11 when the positional shift-detecting means detects a positional shift, and a positional informationoutputting means 13 for outputting contents of the memory means 11. The position is thus specified with the utilization of the positional information from the plurality of artificial satellites. |
