PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to report setting information and display information for a mobile station in a standby state after establishing a radio link by sending a dummy incoming signal (dummy signal) from an exchange to the mobile station. SOLUTION: In an exchange-side memory 11a connected to an exchange 11, the setting information for setting the mobile station 3 is set and stored, or the display information is stored; and the exchange 11 sends the dummy incoming signal for informing the said mobile station 3 of the stored setting information or display information in response to establish a communication link with the mobile station 3, and then communicates the setting information or display information to the mobile station 3, which stores the said setting information or display information in a mobile-station side memory 13a connected thereto, thus receiving the setting information or display information. |
