PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a microscopic photographing system easy in operation for starting autofocusing action, capable of recognizing action condition at a glance, and excellent in handleability. SOLUTION: In this microscopic photographing system, an optical microscope is provided with plural low magnification objective lenses 23. A contrast detection type autofocusing device 4 is provided with an autofocusing starting switch 42 for starting the autofocusing action corresponding to the objective lens. When the switch 42 is operated, control parameters 92 and 93 for autofocusing action corresponding to the switch are outputted from a parameter storing part 91, and the autofocusing action is performed by an autofocusing device 4 based on the parameters 92 and 93. The device 4 can be set in an optimum autofocusing action condition corresponding to a using objective lens by such an extremely simple work as switching operation. |
