PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copy paper such as a statement of delivery having an entry part enabling a copy entry by printing of a thermal printer and an entry part enabling a copy entry by pressure. SOLUTION: A statement of delivery is obtained by binding a main slip 2 and a note slip 3 in a separable manner by an adhesive 4. A thermal transfer ink layer 11 is provided to the main slip 2 on the rear surface side corresponding to a primary entry part thereof and a dye including microcapsule layer 12 is provided on the rear surface side corresponding to the secondary entry part thereof while copy entry parts are provided on the surface side of the note slip 3 at the positions corresponding to the respective entry parts of the main slip 2 and coupler layers 13a, 13b are provided corresponding to the copy entry parts and printing is applied to the primary entry part of the main slip 2 by a thermal transfer printer and, by the action of the thermal transfer ink layer 11 and the coupler layer 13a, the same item is copied and entered in the corresponding copy entry parts of the note slip and handwriting entry or sealing is applied to the secondary entry part of the main slip 2 and the same item is copied and entered in the corresponding copy entry part of the note slip 3 by the action of the dye including microcapsule layer 12 and the coupler layer 13b. |
