PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the generation of pressure mark by setting to satisfy a specific relation of the absolute value of the difference of glossiness between a decorative coating film surface and a non-decorative coating film surface to the difference of pencil hardness class between the decorative coating film surface and the non-decorative coating film surface in a precoated metallic plate having a decorative coating film on one surface side. SOLUTION: The pressure mark is generated by transferring the ruggedness of the non-decorative coating film surface of the rear surface side to the decorative coating film surface of the precoated metallic plate surface to change the glossiness of the decorative coating film surface at the time of coil winding or piling up after coating. To prevent the generation of the pressure mark, the glossiness and the pencil hardness of the decorative coating film surface and the non-decorative coating film surface are adjusted so as to satisfy the relation expressed by the expression when the absolute value of the difference of glossiness between the decorative coating film surface and the non-decorative coating film surface is expressed by|ΔG|and the difference of the pencil hardness class of both surfaces is expressed byΔH. As a result, pressure mark resistance is attained without generating blocking.
