PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a ceramic green sheet laminate from being deformed and damaged by cutting, laminating and press-bonding caramic green sheets. SOLUTION: Width of cutting of a ceramic green sheet (b) is adjustable at the first cutting station 1 and a ceramic green sheet (c) in continuous lengths with the adjusted width carried in the longer direction is cut. Then, carried length of the ceramic green sheet is adjustable at a quantitatively carrying mechanism 2 and the ceramic green sheet (b) is carried by the adjusted length. Then, at the second cutting station 3, the front part of the ceramic green sheet (b) in continuous lengths carried by the quantitatively carrying mechanism 2 is cut by the carried length. The cut ceramic green sheets are laminated at a laminating station and these laminated ceramic green sheets are pressed in the laminated direction at a press bonding station 7. |
