PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight and to make a manufacturing process simple by forming a cylinder made of a thermoplastic resin sheet and a pair of thermoplastic resin supports in which a receiving part for receiving both opening fringes of the cylinder on the periphery is formed and melt-bonding each opening fringe of the cylinder to the receiving part of each support by ultrasonic waves. SOLUTION: A constituting member is composed of a cylinder 1 and two supports 2, 2, a thermoplastic resin is used as the raw material of them, the cylinder 1 is rigid and its thickness is 0.05-1.0mm. Each of the supports 2, 2, in order to be bonded to both end opening fringe parts of the cylinder 1, is equipped with a receiving part 3 of a circumferential length corresponding to the circumferential length of the cylinder 1 on the periphery. The cross section of the receiving part 3 is formed in a groove shape, and the width of the groove is made to be the sheet thickness of the cylinder 1. The fringe of the cylinder 1 is inserted into the receiving part 3 of a shape of a recessed groove, and ultrasonic waves directed to the fringe of the cylinder 1 are emitted from the direction of its extended line toward the supports 2, 2 to fuse them. |
