PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a steel sheet for porcelain enameling excellent in press formability and furthermore excellent in porcalin enameling properties such as bubbling resistance, fishscale resistance, adhesion or the like. SOLUTION: This steel sheet has a compsn. contg., by weight, <=0.0030% C, 0.10 to 0.30% Mn, 0.020 to 0.100% Cu, 0.005-0.030% P, in which the weight ratio of Cu/P (weight ratio) is also regulated to 2.5 to 5.0, contg. 0.007 to 0.020% N, Ti:(48/14)×(N-0.003)(wt.%) to (48/14)×N(wt.%) and 0.03 to 0.10% sol.Al, or S is positively added, and the content of S is regulated to 0.020 to 0.040%, the content of Mn is regulated to 0.20 to 0.50%, and the weight ratio of Mn/S is regulated to >10.
