PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic fiber composite material suitable for automobile parts, etc., capable of preventing shear fracture in flexural deformation and impact deformation by laminating a sheet comprising an organic reinforced fibers, etc., in a mold, impregnating the laminate with a reactive resin monomer, reacting and solidifying. SOLUTION: An organic fiber nonwoven fabric 2 is integrated with both sides of one side of an organic reinforced fabric 1 such as high-tenacity Vinylon<(> R<)> fabric to give a sheet, which is laminated in a mold and impregnated with an unsaturated polyester resin, etc., the monomer is reacted to solidify the laminate. Or the sheet in a prepreg state of previously impregnated with the reactive resin monomer is laminated and the monomer is reacted to solidify the laminate. The content of the organic reinforced fabric 1 is 20-50wt.% and the weight ratio of the organic fiber nonwoven fabric 2 to the fabric 1 reinforced in one direction is preferably 1/1 to 1/4. |
