PACKING CONTAINER OPENING DEVICE AND METHOD OF ITS MANUFACTURE

FIELD: packing facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to opening device for packing container provided with cover and dispensing chute. Cover is in enclosing engagement with end of dispensing chute pointed away from packing container and made of moistureproof material, shape of chute being similar to inner shape of cover. End face portion of chute is made integral with chute made of the same thermoplastic material as moistureproof layer of container end face wall. End face portion of chute is connected through ring seal to cover for separation of end face portion from chute when opening the cover. Invention describes method of manufacture of packing container opening device which involves preliminary manufacture of cover and forming of sealing layer which comes into enclosing engagement with inner portion of cover. According to this method preliminarily manufactured cover is placed in moulding tool and heated to temperature lower than material softening point; sealing layer is made of thermoplastic material, is heated to its softening point, and is subjected to action of pressure difference for deformation of layer and its fixing engagement with inner surface of cover placed in moulding tool.
