FIELD: as coating by marking highways; as finishing and decorative coatings for building constructions. SUBSTANCE: polymer mineral mixture comprises, mas. %: butadiene-styrene latex or polyvinyl acetate dispersion, 6-7; white portland cement, 20-21; slaked lime, 8-10; white quartz sand, 26-28; or its mixture with swollen vermiculite, 12-15; nitrocellulose varnish 15-16; water, the balance. Compressive strength of sample is 350 kgf/cm or more, cohesion strength is 10 kgf/cm or more, period of drying (hardening) is 40-60 min, useful life is not less than 10 years. EFFECT: improved quality of product.
