PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for acidic milk beverage capable of sufficiently dispersing even by such stirring as to mix cow milk by hands and containing vegetable without causing aggregation and precipitation of milk protein regardless of the temperature of cow milk in acidic pH region. SOLUTION: This composition comprises vegetable puree, vegetable juice or vegetable extract, a prescribed amount of shaccharides, a prescribed amount of high-methoxylpectin, etc., and further comprises vegetable puree controlled to pH 3.0 to 4.5. |
