PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the labor for the production of konnyaku, enable its produc tion in a shortened time thereby providing a production apparatus for continuous production of konnyaku as an industrial product in a relatively large scale. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a plurality of means for thermally coagulating devil tongue sol 10 concentrically arranged on the rotating disk 2, a feeding plate 40 for feeding electricity and heating the coagulating means 10, a pusher for pushing out the thermally coagulated gel products, a forming means for forming the konnyaku gel that is extruded out in a desired shape, and a conveyer C for conveying out the formed konnyaku. In this case, the konnyaku sol is coagulated with heat by feeding the electricity whereby the continuously treatment becomes possible in a shortened time with labor saved. |
