PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new honeycomb panel wherein angle of inclination, etc., can be set without cutting a core by constituting a honeycomb panel with an assembled group of elastic bodies whose core heights change in accordance with the interval of surface plates and holding it by applying pressure loading through a pair of the surface plates. SOLUTION: After core materials 5 and frame materials 4, practically, 4a-4c are placed on a pair of surface plates 3, another surface plate 3 is placed from the top and thereafter, these surface plates 3 and 3 are pinched with works to press each core material 5 through the surface plates 3 and 3. Namely, by performing elastic deformation of each core material 5 inward in the radial direction, the interval between a pair of the surface plates 3 and 3 is adjusted. When a specified angle of inclination is set between the surface plates 3 and 3, the interval is set in such a way that the interval on one end part of the surface plates in the longitudinal direction or width direction is narrowest and the interval between the surface plates 3 and 3 becomes successively wider from the one end part to the other end part. |
