PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate and facilitate the generation and the test of a service sequence and the generation of customer data by starting means for inputting service sequence data and customer data to set data in shortage. SOLUTION: When service sequence data is short, a service sequence executing means 3 in a service control means 2 starts a service sequence generating and displaying means 4 by using a data base change reporting means 6 and then sets service sequence data. When customer data is short on the other hand, the means 3 starts customer data feeding and displaying means 5 by using the means 6 and then sets customer data. When service sequence data or customer data is not short, the means 3 judges these two pieces of data and decides the routing destination of a call for testing to execute the service sequence. |
