Whether year, month, and day alarm information is used as operation condition information of the alarm interrupting function is set with environment setting information and the year, month, and day alarm register is so switched that it can be accessed only when year, month, and day alarm information is set as the operation condition information of the alarm interrupting function. Consequently, a user can selectively operate time management for initiating an alarm interruption at specific time on a specific day and time management for initiating an alarm interruption at arbitrary time of every day.</p>
