The dynamic seal is placed in an annular housing (2) in a first part (3) which moves relative to a second part (4). The seal lip (5) is supported on the second piece to ensure sealing. The annular seal has one part (6) with an inverted L shape. The vertical portion of the L forms the lip and the horizontal portion (7) is deformable under pressure forces. The housing has a cavity (8) in which the end portions of the L are supported such that pressure variations cause bending of the horizontal portion and rotational displacement of the lip. Sealing between the upper faces of the horizontal part of the L and the housing is formed by an annular inverted U section (12). One U leg supports and seals with its lip (13) the upper part of the L horizontal portion. The other leg supports and seals with its lip (14) the upper part of the housing.
