PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable tube fittings to be attached even into pipe holes arranged at a narrow pitch by screwing the internal threads of lock nuts onto the e> dernal threads of connectors from either side of single face side and its opposite face side thereby enabling the fastening, and arranging the lock nuts, with their fronts and rears reversed, and screwing them onto the external threads of the connectors. SOLUTION: In the case of attaching tube fittings consisting of connectors 4 and lock nuts 5 to piping boxes, the lock nuts 5 are screwed onto the external thread parts 43 for fastening after passage of the external thread parts of the connectors 4 into piping holes 1, but at this time, the obverses and reverses of the lock nuts 5 to three pieces of piping holes 11 are alternated. Accordingly, at the fellow adjacent lock nuts 5, the smalldiameter parts 52 and the large- diameter parts 51 are adjacent to each other, and the fellow large-diameter parts 51 are attached in different condition with obverse and reverse. Hereby, tube fittings can be attached to the piping holes arranged at a harrower pitch than the largest outside diameter of each lock nut. |
