PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize the change in setting attitude of the main body of a sensor. SOLUTION: In an XYZ three-dimensional rectangular coordinate system, a three-dimensional acceleration sensor 10, which outputs respective coordinate components αx, αy and αz of acted acceleration as the electric signals, respectively, is provided. An operating means 20 performs the operation of A=(αx<2> +αy<2> +αz<2> )<1/2> and outputs the operation result A. The operation result by the operating means 20 when only gravitational acceleration acts on the three-dimensional acceleration sensor 10 is stored in a memory means 30 as a reference value A0 beforehand. A judging means 40 outputs a judged signal J, which indicates whether the operation result A by the operation means 20 and the reference value A0 stored in the memory means 30 agree or not. As long as the judged signal J indicates the agreement, it can be judged that only the gravitational acceleration acts on the sensor main body, and it is recognizing that the abnormality of the detected value is caused by the change in setting attitude. |
