PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk which enables even a visually handicapped person to check the items associated with the recording contents of the disk simply by touching the disk and hardly generates flaws on a label layer. SOLUTION: The surface of the label layer 105 of the optical information recording medium provided with a transparent substrate 101 having a recording surface 102 recorded with information, a reflection layer 103 formed to cover this recording surface 103, a protective layer 104 formed to cover this reflection layer 103 and the label layer 105 formed on the surface of this protective layer 104 and printed with the display of the items associated with the information of the recording surface includes a braille layer 106 formed by displaying the items associated with the information of the recording surface 102 on the surface of the label layer 105 with braille. |
