PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fluctuation in down set quantity in down set process by providing a fluid cylinder which applies descending motion to a punch and a regulator which sets the fluid pressure of the fluid cylinder at a value in response to the operation condition. SOLUTION: A punch 5 is connected to an actuator 10a of an air cylinder 10 provided in a space 11 formed in a upper die 3. A pipe 12 introduced from external is connected to the air cylinder 10, a regulator 13 is arranged in the middle and a pressure gage 14 is installed to the regulator 13. The air cylinder 10 is driven while the upper die 3 descends, and a pressure P is applied to the punch 5. The pressure P is adjusted by the regulator 13 by monitoring the pressure gage 14. Thus, the pressure P is fixed for down set process, pressing force fluctuation in down-setting is suppressed and dimensional fluctuation is reduced in down-setting. |
