<p>A building material, which comprises a decorative layer provided on a surface of a base material and containing calcium carbonate as a bonding component and a gas permeable protective sheet laminated on a surface of the decorative layer with a peel strength of 200 to 4,000 mN without a separate adhesive layer therebetween, and a method of manufacturing the same. The building material is excellent in prevention of dirt and abrasion resistance and is enhanced in serviceability.</p> |
