A process for the production of silicon rubber moldings having transferred patterns strongly bound thereto. The transfer material or cover film to be used in this process contains as the binding-promoting component a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having at least two hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms or an alkoxysilane having an unsaturated bond, such as vinyltriethoxysilane, in the layer to be brought into contact with an uncured silicone rubber composition in molding.
