PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integral type heat exchanger having corrugated fins with easy processing of the fins without breakage of its material by suppressing an increase in a ventilating resistance. SOLUTION: In the integral type heat exchanger having a first heat exchange unit 21 and a second heat exchange unit 23 commonly having corrugated fins 37 for forming louvers 65 and coupled to one another, the fins 37 form parallel louvers 67 at parts disposed between the units 21 and 23. The louvers 67 are formed at the side of the unit 21 or 23 having a lower using temperature.
