发明名称 TUBE WELDING METHOD BY LIQUID PHASE DIFFUSION WELDING
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably secure a firm weld zone by aligning and extremely minimizing the generation of irregularity, difference in level and the deviation of an axis center with a simple means in case of welding tubes with a liquid phase diffusion welding. SOLUTION: In the liquid phase diffusion welding method of tubes 1a, 1b wherein an amorphous metal 3 is interposed between opposite tube end surfaces to be welded, heated and the amorphous metal 3 is pressed with tube end surfaces, a larger diameter of sleeve 2 than the outer diameter of tubes 1a, 1b is used, tube ends of opposite tubes 1a, 1b are inserted into the sleeve 2 while bringing into contact with the inner surface of the sleeve 2, butted and heated, simultaneously the amorphous metal 3 is pressed via tube end surfaces, and tube end surfaces and the amorphous metal 3 are tightly brought into contact. Whereby, opposite tube end surfaces are welded with the liquid phase diffusion while improving alignment. Tube ends are inserted into sleeve 2 after heating, and the temperature for diffusing the amorphous metal in the liquid phase may be secured.
