<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quicken the stand up of a working machine performance by keeping the operation oil pressure of a clutch to a low pressure at the low speed rotation area after engine start and rising the pressure to a regulation pressure when the working machine reaches a certain number of revolution. SOLUTION: When an engine is started, the operation oil with a low pressure is supplied from an operation oil pump P to a hydraulic clutch C. At this time, as the oil pressure adjust valve V2 is in a valve open state and the operation oil is streamed to a branch oil passage R2, thr operation oil pressure of the hydraulic clutch C is increased gradually in a low pressure state. Soon after, when it reaches a regulation operation oil pressure, the regulation operation oil is supplied to the hydraulic clutch and the pressure of the operation oil is increased and the clutch is connected perfectly after reaching a rated oil pressure and the working machine displays its performance immediately. At this time, a valve opening timing is set by a oil pressure adjust screw V2a installed on the oil pressure adjust valve V2. Further, in the branch oil passage R2, the increase degree of the number of revolution of the hydraulic clutch C can be adjusted by adjusting the throttling diameter of a throttle valve V3 in the lower side of the oil pressure adjust valve V2.</p> |
