PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice grain storage house and rice milling machine which can remove lipid itself on the surfaces of unpolished and polished rice grains in order to eat boiled rice deliciously, because the lipids largely distributing on the surfaces of unpolished and polished rice grains deteriorates and are oxidized with oxygen in the air, while they are stored and the taste worsens, when they are boiled. SOLUTION: The degree of oxidation of the lipid at the surface of stored unpolished or polished rice grains is measured with a sensor 5 and the polishing degree of the rice grains is automatically decided by the signal and the grains are polished.
