<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light weight mortar composition, low in heat conductivity and aiming at the improvement of heat insulating properties by including a cement, water, a usual fine aggregate and a powdery rubber therein. SOLUTION: This mortar composition having 170-180 flow value, is obtained by mixing and kneading 10-60wt.% cement, 20-80wt.% usual fine aggregate and <=20vol.% powdery rubber having 0.15-5.0mm particle diameter with water. Thus, it is possible to further improve light weight and heat insulating properties of various mortars and attain a low cost by reducing the amount of the cement.</p> |
