摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine motion operating device which can achieve the manipulation in strict accordance with the operator's feeling and enhance the operating easiness by structuring the device so that it can be moved in a plane using a horizontal moving means. SOLUTION: When a horizontal motion operating means 42 of an operating device concerned is moved in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction, an operational lever 39 tilts longitudinally and laterally, which causes movement of a moving table 18 longitudinal in biaxial direction and another moving table 21 lateral. The liquid quantity in the first hydraulic cylinder is increased or decreased by a hydraulic pressure means for the longitudinal fine motions while the liquid quantity in the second hydraulic cylinder is increased or decreased by a hydraulic pressure means for the lateral fine motions, and micro- manipulator is put in fine motion in the longitudinal and lateral directions in the same direction as the moving direction of the horizontal motion operating means.
