PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject pressure device used for cleansing and caring skins and having a receptacle equipped with a distribution means and capable of being pressed. SOLUTION: This aerosol pressure device comprises a receptacle containing a propellant gas and a fine O/W type emulsion. The emulsion comprises (A) 10-30wt.% of at least one cosmetic oil, (B) 2-10wt.% of at least one nonionic emulsifier having a HLB of 9-18, (C) 5-15wt.% of at least one foamable surfactant, and (D) 10-90wt.% of water, and is prepared by a phase inversion method. The oil particles forming the oil phase of the emulsion have an average particle diameter of 50-1000nm. The emulsion is rich in the oil, flowable, stable and transparent, can be pressed and packaged in the aerosol receptacle, and has a foaming characteristic. When a pressure is applied to the distribution means of the pressure device, a valve is operated to release the content in the form of a creamy foam. |
