PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device which can reduce the number of parts, simplify the constitution of the device and reduce the cost of manufacturing the device in the case of applying to an ink jet recording device. SOLUTION: A pump device 22 comprises a cylindrical outer case 25, a hub 260 formed at the center of a cylinder of the outer case 25, elastic bulkheads extended radially from the hub 260 and respectively connected with the outer case 25, a rotating cylinder component with fluid storage chambers of variable volume parted by the outer case 25 and the elastic body bulkheads, a housing with an inner peripheral face rotating slidably the outer case 25 and an eccentric shaft 30 disposed on the position located eccentrically from the center of the cylinder of the housing and supporting rotatably the hub 260. |
