PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate a swinging phase of a swing roller without personal difference in a short time by regulating the phase of the roller without introducing instability of a swinging speed of the roller at a low cost, eliminating an operation using a tool, concentrically operating from a remote position and largely alleviating a load to be applied to an operator. SOLUTION: A clutch 9 is provided between intermediate gears 3 and 4. An origin detecting sensor 11 is provided at a swing roller 8. A swinging phase of the roller 8 is set at its phase altering amount via an input display unit. In the case that the phase altering amount is set, the roller 8 is stopped at an origin position (a position fully swung over to a left side), and then the clutch 9 is disengaged. A plate cylinder 1 is rotated by an amount corresponding to the set phase altering amount, and then the clutch 9 is engaged. |
