<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a composite sheet wherein a decorative or functional material is hermetically enclosed in a molded product neither by using an adhesive, nor by carrying out injection molding by a method wherein a flexible decorative material or a functional material is put between heat fusible synthetic resin sheets, and opposed parts of the sheets are thermally fused. SOLUTION: A heat fusible synthetic resin made sheet 1 is placed on an insulating sheet 4 between electrodes 5, 5' of a high frequency heating device, and a required decorative material or a functional material 2 is placed thereon. Further, the heat fusible synthetic resin made sheet 1 is placed thereon. When high frequency is generated between the electrodes 5, 5' under this state, heating starts from opposed faces of the heat fusible synthetic resin made sheets 1, 1, and the sheet is fused on the opposed face. Even a material wherein a shape can not be held by itself like a chain can be placed in a free state on the downward heat fusible synthetic resin made sheet 1, and hermetically enclosed between two heat fusible synthetic resin made sheets 1, 1 under a required shape as it is.</p> |
