PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the withstand load property in particular of a contact surface of a rolling and sliding parts. SOLUTION: In a rolling and sliding parts in which the relative rolling contact or the sliding contact is generated between the parts and a counter number, a lubricating film 5 made of the polymer containing fluorine with the functional group in which particles 6 made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin is dispersely mixed is formed on a contact surface. The lubricating film 5 generates little dust and demonstrates excellent lubricity, and the particles 6 mixed therein demonstrate the excellent buffer effect to the load. Both the lubricating film 5 itself and the particles 6 are made of fluorine, and provide excellent fittability to each other. |
