This punching tool comprises a punch head (2), at least one punch (6) mounted in a punch holder (4), a die (8) and a structure (10) bearing these elements having a global U shape, also called swan-neck. The punch head (2) and the punch holder (4) are located at the free end of one U branch (12), facing the die (8) located at the free end of the other U branch (14). The bearing structure (10) is a tubular structure, mounted pivoting, about an axis (34) substantially perpendicular to the U branches, on a support (36).
