Method of cleaning, rinsing, thermally-disinfecting and drying sensitive equipment

To clean, rinse and thermally-disinfect motor and drive systems used in orthopaedic surgery and/or dental practice, this new method employs a program-controlled automatic rinsing unit. A carriage in the rinsing vessel accepts equipment for treatment. Water supplied as rinsing or cleaning fluid contains appropriately dosed media. It is heated up to the rinsing or disinfection temperature. The novelty resides in the overall program, which includes the following water-directing segments: pre-rinsing and cleaning, single or multiple intermediate rinsing, followed by final rinsing.
