Lining for automotive vehicle and process of producing the same

An internal lining panel for a vehicle has a multi-layer structure comprising one or more core layers (10) covered with two outer layers (12,14) and bonded together with epoxy resin foam (16,18). The outer layers (12,14) are of a non-hardened or consolidated material. In a claimed process the adhesive foam layers (16,18) are sprayed onto the core (10) and/or outer layers (12,14) which are then placed in a heated tool for moulding. During moulding the foaming epoxy resin penetrates the outer layers (12,14).
