PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a cushion material without generating waste pollusion and without use of paste or stitches, by arranging a pair of cushion materials between an article and a packaging case, at mutually opposite positions against the article and assembling the cushion material by bending corrugated cardboard. SOLUTION: A lower tray 15 and an upper tray 16 are arranged respectively between an article 10 and a packaging case 11. And a parts box 17 containing ancillaries of the article is placed on the upper part of the upper tray 16. These upper and lower trays constituting a cushion device for a package are assembled by bending corrugated cardboard. On packaging an article, the article 10 composed of electronic instruments is put on the lower tray 15 and the upper tray 16 turned upside down is put thereon. Hands are inserted into handle holes of the handle 58 of the lower tray 15 to contain the article into the packaging case 11. In this way, the article can be protected from external shocks and the device which is different from foamed polystyrene resin, does not bring waste pollusion. |
