摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Bi-based 2212 superconducting wire material having oriented crystalline axes of crystals. SOLUTION: A bismuth-based superconducting polycrystalline wire material in which all of crystalline axes (a-axis, b-axis and c-axis) are oriented is obtd. by subjecting superconducting whiskers having a Bi2 Sr2 CaCu2 O8 structure (Bi-2212 phase) as arranged to make the fiber axes parallel p each other to heat treatment. The superconducting polycrystalline wire material is produced by suspending superconducting whiskers having a Bi2 Sr2 CaCu2 O8 structure (Bi-2212 phase) in an org. solvent, setting the whiskers to arrange the fiber axes parallel to each other to obtain a perform, process forming the perform and heat treating the formed body.
