SOLUTION: After a UW detector 32 establishes clock synchronization and frame synchronization, a Δω detector 36 and a Δϕ detector 38 detect a frequency error Δω and a phase error Δϕ and frequency synchronization and phase synchronization are established by phase rotation processing by a complex rotation device 40. The synchronization of a clock, a frame, a frequency and a phase is established by the UW of a first frame. A delay device 42 is used to compensate the processing delay of the Δω detector 36 and the Δϕ detector 38 to prevent data omission. |
