PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the suppression of the change of releasing force with time by a method wherein a silicone-based resin coat containing the specified percentage of particle having the specified particle diameter is formed on one side or both sides of a plastic film. SOLUTION: In a release film utilized as base material for label or self- adhering tape of the like, a silicon-based resin coat containing 0.5-1.0wt.% of particle having the particle diameter of 0.1-2.0μm is formed. In this case, the used plastic film is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyethylene terphthalate film, polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate film and polyethylene-α,β-bis(2-chlorophenoxy)ethane-4,4'-dicfarboxylate film. Further, as the particle, silicone- based particle is used. As a result, the releasing force of the release film can be controlled and, at the same time, the change of the release force of the release film with time can be suppressed.
