PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of defect in its appearance by making the surface part of a square part to be often rubbed with another object during use hard to abrase in an RIM polyurethane bicolor molded item. SOLUTION: The polyurethane coat 74 of a steering wheel 7 is an RIM polyurethane bicolor molded item comprising a surface part 75 formed by pouring a small quantity of surface forming polyurethane material U1 in a decompressed cavity and a inner part 76 formed by pouring an inner part forming polyurethane material U2 in a decompressed cavity. The square part 77 of a spoke part 72 is likely to be rubbed with the peripheral part 81 of a pad 80 through the vibration of the like of an automotive vehicle because the peripheral part 81 of the pad 80 is in such a degree that it is near proximate thereto. Thus, the surface part 75 of the square part 77 is formed to be thicker than the average thickness of the surface part 75 of other parts. |
