<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deterioration in grounding effect caused by dust in carrier facilities employing a contactless type feedmeans for carriages, by reliably discharging electric charges generated on the wheels of the carriages to a traveling rail. SOLUTION: Carrier facilities include carriages 1 which are freely movable along a traveling route 3 while being supported and guided by a traveling rail 2, an induction line laid to conduct high-frequency electric current along the traveling route 3, and coils provided for the carriages 1, which are supplied with electric current by the induction line in no contact therewith. The traveling rail 2 is made of a conductive member and respective wheels 7, 8 and 9 of the carriage 1 which contact with the traveling rail 2 are also made conductive. Each carriage 1 is provided with a mop 29 which is vertically movable for cleaning the top surface of the traveling rail 2.</p> |
