PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plate-like unit with a frame with satisfactory accuracy of a profile size by improving an external appearance of the frame. SOLUTION: A molding 16 from a molding die 14 is advanced to a cavity of a press-boding member 20. A plate-like unit 22 is moved to insert a peripheral edge of the unit 22 into the cavity of the member 20. The unit 22 is moved so as to relatively move the member 20 along the peripheral edge of the unit 22. The molding 16 is integrated with the edge of the unit 22. Cooling air is diffused from an air nozzle 40 to forcibly cool to cure a frame 17A immediately after the frame 17a integrated with the corner of the unit 22 is passed through a cavity part 21B of the member 20, thereby preventing aging deformation of the frame 17A.
