PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically temporarily operate a water level retaining function and a heat insulating function by storing water pressure of residual water as water pressure of a pseudo set water level at the time of detecting the residual water in a bathtub apparatus, and executing an automatic water level retaining function to maintain a water level of a bathtub at the pseudo set water level. SOLUTION: When a bath water flow switch 15 is closed and residual water in a bathtub is detected, an output of a pressure sensor 45 to a level of residual water at that time is stored as a pseudo set water level. It is transferred to a water level retaining and heat insulating function mode by utilizing the pseudo set level and an opening area of the bathtub previously stored as a initial value. After pressure of present water level is stored, a circulating pump 17 is turned on and residual water temperature in the bathtub is detected by a bath thermistor 16 to detect temperature of the residual water. If the bathtub temperature is less than a set temperature, a bath burner 11 is burned to reheat it until it arrives at the set temperature. Thereafter, a water level retaining and heat insulating mode is started. |
