PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mechanical strength of a connection part between a cable and a bar code reader and to facilitate attaching/detaching of the bar code reader by providing a cable bush fixing member for pressing and fixing a cable bush and a battery cover for covering the cable bush fixing member and a battery storing part. SOLUTION: A cable connector 12 is connected to the bar code reader side end part of the cable 8 and detachably loaded on a printed board 13 arranged in the bar code reader 11. The cable bush 14 is fixed on the leading part of the cable 8 from the bar code reader 11. The cable bush 14 is fitted in a recess formed on the cable leading part of the reader 11 and the cable bush fixing member 15 is applied to the bush 14 so as to press the bush 4 and fixed by a set screw 16 and a nut 17. The battery cover 18 is slide fitting type cover for covering the fixing member 15 and the battery storing part. |
