摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form images of a low cost having high resolution by depositing the dyestuff molecules in an aq. soln. in the form of a dyestuff electrodeposition film on an electrode and transferring this film to a medium to be transferred, such as paper. SOLUTION: The electrodeposition film 40 formed by electrically oxidizing the dyestuff.Rose Bengal dissolved in the aq. soln. 1 to make the dyestuff insoluble in water and adhering the dyestuff onto the electrode substantially by its own effect is prepd. as the image forming medium. At the time of dissolving the Rose Bengal, the Rose Bengal exists in the water in a reduced state, i.e., in the form of anion 3. The Rose Bengal is oxidized and insolubilized and the film 40 is formed on the anode side when the Rose Bengal is electrochemically oxidized by using the electrode in the aq. soln. Namely, the Rose Bengal is directly oxidized by an electrode substrate 2 (anode) immersed in the aq. dyestuff soln. 1 and is made into water-insoluble molecules 4 from the ions 3. These molecules are formed as the electrodeposition film 40 on the electrode substrate 2. The dyestuff.Rose Bengal is transferred to the medium to be transferred from this electrodeposition film 40.</p>
