PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately heat ends of respective tube materials clamped by respective clamping mechanisms in a predetermined length. SOLUTION: When a clamping mechanism 20 for a pipe to clamp a pipe 71 in a horizontal state and a clamping mechanism 30 for a tube joint to hold a tube joint 72 in a horizontal state are approached to one another and heated by a heating mechanism 40 disposed between both the mechanisms, the fact that ends of the pipe 71 and the joint 72 clamped by the mechanisms 20 and 30 become a predetermined distance to the mechanism 40 is detected by a pipe sensor 51 and a tube joint sensor 53. Movements of the pipe 71 and the joint 72 to the heating mechanism by the mechanisms 20 and 30 are controlled based on the detected results of the sensors 51 and 53. |
