PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the excessive emission of a liquid agent and to simplify pressure introducing operation of air by introducing built-in air into a liquid agent housing part under pressure by the pressing operation to the inside of the expanded film part provided to a cap to move a valve disc and releasing pressure to return air. SOLUTION: In the case of coating, a cap 2A is detached and the coating tip of an applicator main body 1 is turned downwardly and the valve disc 6 protruded from an outflow port 5 is pressed to a surface to be coated and pushed in against the urging of a coil spring and the liquid agent in a liquid agent housing part is allowed to flow out of the outflow port 5 to coat the surface to be coated. When the liquid agent 3 is solidified in the outflow port to be prevented from emission, the cap 2A is fitted to a coating part 11 and the expanded film part 21a of the pressure member 21 is pressed. By this method, a cylindrical part 21b penetrates into the inner deep part of an inner cylindrical part 20b and the valve disc 6 is operated so as to retreat by the air in a hermetically closed space 8. Therefore, the outflow port 5 is opened and the liquid agent is introduced into the liquid agent housing part under pressure. When pressure is released, the pressure member 21 returns to the original position by elastic restoring force and the air penetrated into the liquid agent housing part passes through the vent holes 24, 26 becoming a communication position at a time of pressurization to return to the hermetically space 8 of the cap main body 20. |
