Three dimensional object forming method

A first layer of mould material is deposited on a support surface. A first cavity is machined in the first layer of mould material. A first layer of construction material is deposited on the first layer of mould material, such that an overlapping portion of the first layer of construction material fills the first cavity. This forms a first three dimensional section of the object, such that a superposing portion of the first layer of construction material covers the first layer of the mould material. The superposing portion of the first layer of construction material is machined to form a second three dimensional section of the object. A second layer of mould material is deposited to cover the second three dimensional section of the object. A second cavity is machined into the second layer of mould material, and the cavity is filled with construction material to form a third three dimensional section of the object.
